We are excited to introduce our Tenant Referral Program, where you can earn rewards by referring your friends, family, or colleagues to become new tenants..

How IT WORKS?

1- Register with Referral Program
2- Share your unique referral code or link with your friends, family, or colleagues who are looking for a new place home.
3- When they sign a lease agreement and mention your referral code or use your referral link during the application process, both you and the new tenant will be eligible for rewards.
4- You will be notified once the new tenant's application is approved, and your reward will be processed accordingly.

REWARDS

For each successful referral, you will receive 2% Of the total rent amount which you can use a discount on your next month's rent or a gift card. The new tenant will also receive a 2% of the total rent amount, can use a discount on their first month's rent.
